Avangarde Group for the italian EURONascar PRO leg

The italian leg of the EURONascar PRO took place in Vallelunga (Rome). Avangarde Group attended as CAAL Racing pilot Max Lanza’s sponsor. The 42 years old champion performed well, achieving the third position in the first race and consolidating his ranking position. During the two-day event, Avangarde had the opportunity to host customers and employees.

"There was a big audience”, says Stefano Mantovani, Sole Administrator of Avangarde Group, “I’m happy because the involved customers were enthusiastic about the experience. Last year, in October, I had been invited as host for the Vallelunga stage, this time we took part in the event as one of the four sponsors who organised it. It’s a great satisfaction for the growth of our brand.”

Together with CEO Mantovani, a delegation of employees from Rome and the HR department attended the event.

"It was an interesting experience”, commented Dario Donnetta of Avangarde Group HR, "the sporting event was organised in the smallest detail and well looked after. For us, it was a valuable opportunity to meet colleagues and share a moment of aggregation”.

Stefano Bacicchi, from HR, continues in the same vein: “A show all about cars, with a surprising side dish. From a corporate point of view, it was a valuable public relations moment, together with colleagues but also with customers with whom we have been working for years.”

EuroNascar and Avangarde are a winning combination. Barbara Manna, Head of UX and Service Design, explains it well: "Sport, and in this case Nascar, shares a number of values on which our company was founded and on which we have created our working method. Such as enthusiasm, operational speed, the high quality of the service proposed in response to winning challenges, the continuous drive for innovation, the good competitiveness that asks you to constantly improve. A wonderful event where the connection between engines and Avangarde was strongly reaffirmed."

The next leg for the EuroNASCAR PRO will be in Prague, Czech Republic, on September 3rd-4th, an important moment for the championship that will close on October 29th-30th in Croatia.
